Yosemite Wilderness area and there was no evidence provided demonstrating an
overriding need for safety, education, or area administration purposes. The
committee also expressed a need for the Board to clarify the “overriding need”
portion of Policy IV of the “Principles, Policies, and Procedures: Domestic
Geographic Names”..."
